N2 Rig

Nitrogen cylinders, hoses and fittings are fitted securely to the Newbow Aerospace N2 rig to ensure all necessary equipment for servicing an aircraft is easily accessible. Auto-retractable hose reels for both high and low pressures contribute towards ensuring the operator can use the nitrogen rig easily, safely and efficiently.

N2 Rig Overview

Operation of the loading and off-loading of nitrogen cylinders by a single person is simplified by the N2 rig, which uses a counter-balanced rack. The aircraft servicing hose can be easily mounted and unmounted because of the secure fitting and configuration of the cylinders on the N2 rig.

The low pressure (300 psi) and high pressure (3,300 psi) regulators on the N2 rig are easily accessible and can be used for the servicing of aircraft struts, accumulator system, tyres and jacks. Newbow Aerospace has designed the N2 rig to be compatible with any make and model of aircraft currently in service.
